In the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, our cottage is located on the edge of an oak grove, in a quiet and pleasant setting. It boasts a large plot of land, and you can park nearby. This location will allow you to fully enjoy all the attractions of our region: walks, discovering the local heritage and gastronomy, swimming, and more. La Garenne de Baleyrac is a detached house renovated in 2016, located near the owners' home. It features a large shaded garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house consists of a dining room opening onto a kitchen, a separate living room with a television, two bedrooms (one 140x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Boiler room with washing machine and barbecue. Oil-fired central heating included. Sheets included in the price. Possibility of renting towels and cleaning at the end of the stay. Internet access. Tourist tax extra. Playground in the town with swings and slides, pétanque court. All shops in Branne 5 km, pharmacy, butcher, bakery. Saint-Emilion 15 km. Libourne 17 km.
