La Broiteière is a Girondine house dating back to 1870 located on a former wine growing property. The old wine warehouse has been converted into a home to offer all comfort for a great holiday : an outside fireplace under a roofed area makes a wonderful barbecue. We'll love to take your round our wine growing farm of Périssac, a 15 acres land on which we grow several types of grapes : Merlot, Cabert Sauvignon, Malbec and Blanc Sauvignon. You'll discover our rosé and our traditional red wine matured for 12 months in oak. After the visit, we'll be happy to offer you a moment of wine tasting. We are waiting for you in Bordeaux 's vineyard! Kitchen, dining room/lounge (double sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra single bed). Electrical and fuel-oil central heating and house cleaning in option. Possibility to rent sheets rental, bathroom linen and kitchen linen. Domestic animals accepted with a deposit.
