    Bad service

    There was a scorpion in our room. Had to call several times to get an answer from front desk. They offered to switch the room but told us if we found another scorpion in the new room they wouldn’t do anything. No TV remote.

    The hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming and resolved promptly the car parking issue we had. They were very accommodating.

    Great option in Tlalpajuhua

    Our room was HUGE. It was actually larger than our home. 😂 The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No critters were in the room. Everything else was a bonus. My only complaint was that the touristic aspect of the town was practically shut down during the week. That was disappointing.

    Visit to santas village

    Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.

    Bonito y agradable hotel

    Se trata de un hotel temático el cual es bonito, agradable y cómodo Muy buena ubicación en el Pueblo Mágico y con estacionamiento Algunos detalles como cortinas q permiten la entrada de mucha luz y el restaurante cierra muy temprano, al menos en temporada baja Para familia muy buena opción y recomendable Preguntar x eventos navideños

    Llegué a las 11 de la noche y estaba cerrado, por más que toque no abrieron hasta después de media hora y con la ayuda de guardia civil pude ingresar. Se marcó a los teléfonos y no contestaron

    No hay sentido de atención al cliente, no atienden llamadas en recepción , el grupo de hotels.com no me pudo ayudar ni resolver mi problema, muy insatisfecho por qué hotels.com tendría un hotel de esta categoría o con este servicio dentro de su listado de hoteles
