Bob’s great experience

We had a nice time. A message on the web site stated we had to walk in but that was not true. It looked like it needed a little TNC but was fine. The owners are of Spanish (Europe) descent and were very helpful. According to what we were told the hotel was part of a plantation owned by the first president of Mexico. The out buildings have been remodeled and our room was great, all stone building. Eric was very helpful and even saw to it that we could be served a hot breakfast at 5am as I had a bus in Tlapacoyan to catch

Worst hotel ever. don’t stay here!

Do not stay at this property. My army tent was better than this place. The doors and windows are not sealed so all the rooms were full of spiders, mosquitoes, and huge stink bugs. The water in shower in #27 was just cold water. The mini split AC leaked water into the upstairs bedroom flooding the floor. I had to place bath towels on floor to stop water. I also put a trash can at the leak to catch the water. It was obvious we had no clean towels but house keeping did not give us clean towels. All housekeeping did was make the beds. They did not clean the room. Very disappointed.

Durante mi estancia de fin de semana tuve una experiencia mixta. A mi llegada no hubo un recibimiento claro en recepción, lo que genera una primera impresión poco organizada. El personal es amable, pero se percibe falta de experiencia y seguridad en la comunicación. Mi habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado; aunque se informó con dificultad, se compensó con un descuento, lo cual se agradece. El inmueble tiene un gran potencial que no está siendo aprovechado. El jardín es amplio, pero luce descuidado y se utiliza para almacenar equipo de tours, afectando la imagen. La alberca es agradable, pero la falta de mantenimiento en áreas verdes y la escasa iluminación reducen el ánimo de uso. También preocupa el manejo de los animales: el cocodrilo se encuentra en un espacio reducido y en condiciones poco adecuadas. Como punto muy positivo, el servicio de comedor es excelente. Destaco especialmente la sazón de la Sra. Esther Landa, así como la atención brindada. Además, el hecho de que sea pet friendly suma valor. En general, hay buena intención por parte del personal, pero el lugar se beneficiaría mucho de capacitación y asesoría profesional para aprovechar su potencial.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular muy cercana al río Filobobos. Las vistas hacia la naturaleza exuberante de la zona son simplemente impresionantes. La proximidad al río Filobobos es perfecta para quienes buscan aventura y ecoturismo. Pudimos organizar fácilmente actividades de rafting directamente desde el hotel. El hotel necesita una actualización en cuanto a mantenimiento. Algunas instalaciones muestran signos de desgaste y podrían beneficiarse de reparaciones menores y una renovación general. Sin embargo, esto no opaca la belleza del entorno natural. Si buscas desconectarte en un entorno natural privilegiado y no te importan algunos detalles de mantenimiento, este lugar es una joya. La experiencia de estar tan cerca del río Filobobos compensa con creces cualquier inconveniente menor. Perfecto para amantes de la naturaleza y aventureros que priorizan la ubicación sobre las comodidades de lujo.

Llegando, nos entregaron las habitaciones, al intentar acostarnos nos dimos cuenta que había animalitos en las camas, hormigas y una mini cucaracha. Tuvimos que cancelar las habitaciones y que nos revolcaran el dinero y tu uno que manejar de regreso a otro municipio, muy mala experiencia.

Me encantó

El Rancho está en mitad del bosque, se siente paz en todo el lugar y dan ganas de dar caminatas por todo el rancho. Si bien, se ve que el hotel ya tiene sus años, las habitaciones están bien y cuentan con todos los servicios, pero creo que lo mejor es la atención del personal del hotel y el restaurante, son super amables y siempre atentos a los huéspedes

NO RESERVEN

Reserve 2 veces mi estadía. Una con un mes de anticipación y la segunda con 2 semanas dé antelación ambas me las cancelaron, la ultima el mismo día del check in. Tenían un evento y decidieron no darme la habitación sin ni una disculpa de por medio. Aparte tienen un animal salvaje (cocodrilo) en pésimas condiciones. Voy a reportar para que verifiquen si este cuenta con permiso por las autoridades.
