The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However the location wasn't the best, it was on a busy street and kind of noisy, particularly as a result of the next door neighbors' dogs that barked for long periods of time. The hotel staff were pleasant.

Avisé que llegaba después del Palenque, pero nunca me dijeron que fuera a dejar antes el auto, no había estacionamiento ya, y al bañarnos el agua caliente se acabó, terminamos con agua fria. Por lo demás todo excelente, el trato amable, limpieza, orden, bien. Gracias.

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona tranquila .... sin embargo.... les falta decir que el estacionamiento es un pasillo.... solo entran 3 autos.... y si alguien sale están mueve y mueve tu auto... No alcance cupo en el estacionamiento... tuve que dejar el coche afuera en la calle, y adicional a ello pagarle a los franeleros 120 pesos por estacionarme, por que de lo contrario es imposible aparcar... El interior es limpio y cómodo, pero se filtra mucho ruido de las demas habitaciones.... No volveria...

El costo está muy bien, y el hotel de acuerdo a eso me parece también muy bien, lo único malo es el estacionamiento, en realidad los coches quedan uno atrás del otro

Todo fue fantástico, solo el wi-fi, el último dia de nuestra entancia se vio algo deficiente. Pero en general muy bien. La distancia al centro, la limpieza todo todo muy bien. Los empleados con una gran actitud y positividad.
