The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice.

The location is good. There were no towels and when they arrived they were threadbare and had holes in them.There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling around the light fixture. The most concerning was twice someone tried to walk into my room, which is extremely unsafe.

Personal muy amable! Tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Me trataron excelente. Ubicación perfecta en zona centro, rodeado de tiendas, farmacias y cerca del mercado. Hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar, por ejemplo: las toallas que nos dejaron estaban desgastadas y muy delgadas, y la colcha tenía manchas rojas (como que se les cayó algo y no pudieron desmancharlas), el colchón hacía mucho ruido porque parecía que tenía plástico como protector. Es un hotel muy básico si sólo quieres un lugar donde dormir y bañarte.

En la plataforma Expedia salía un precio, y al llegar nos cobraron más, sin ninguna argumento, solo dijeron que era por la plataforma Expedia, mostramos el recibo y no lo respetaron el precio. Ya habíamos marcado y volvieron a reafirmar el precio que decía en Expedia. Solo hay una toalla por habitación y no hay agua caliente, medio tibia. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto.

El lugar está limpio, sin embargo no tuvimos agua caliente ni artículos de limpieza personal (sahmpoo, crema, etc). Se le comentó a la persona de la recepción pero aún así no se dió solución.
