- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 1 exterior Ring camera is installed — in the front porch. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Pool and lake - open Memorial Day weekend

- Park opens mid-April

- Basketball courts will open in May

- Tennis courts will open in a few weeks because they are undergoing renovation.



Please note: This property requires guest registration and gate access. This HOA charges a $135 Guest Registration fee (charged at the time of booking). Failure to complete the registration process within the allotted time could result in the reservation being cancelled.



Wristband info: Your $135 registration fee includes six (6) amenity-use wristbands. You may receive additional wristbands for $10 each, up to 10 per the maximum occupancy of the home. Wristbands do not include golf or fitness center use (separate fees apply). The fitness center is $10 a day per person, and the golf course fees vary. Wristbands must be worn at all times, failure to do so and using the community amenity could result in a fine.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

This chalet offers its guests a water park, a hot tub, and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly chalet.
