The space
Our cute and modern home is a dream come true for anyone looking for an enchanted nature retreat. Our stunning place welcomes couples, families and close groups of friends, and is close to all major attractions in The Poconos.

This amazing community offers 4 Outdoor Pools, 6 Basketball Courts, 1 Café/Snack Bar, 2 Lakes,1 Swimming Beach, Canoes and Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Fishing, 6 Tennis Courts, 3 Clubhouses, 5 Playgrounds, 9 Hole Miniature Golf, 2 Dog Parks, Outdoor Pavilion and 2 Community Gardens.
You can purchase a wristband at any of community pools; wristband is valid for the day of purchase and can be used to access all amenities (2024 price is 12 p/p per day)

In addition to all these amenities we are at just 20-25 minutes from Kalahari Indoor/Outdoor Waterpark, Great Wolf Lodge Water Park and Camelback Resort and Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and just 15 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino.

Our Newly built home includes 4 beautiful bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Our stunning master bedroom have the perfect space for relaxation with an in-suit Jacuzzi.
The main living area is furnished with high end and modern furniture as well as dedicated spaces for pictures. We also have a pool table, 2 arcade machines and over 12 board games to enjoy with family and friends plus a gaming room!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. Except for three closets that will be used as our cleaner’s utility closets. Guests have access to all of the community’s amenities, wristband must be purchased at one of our community pools.

Other things to note
Our community requires registration 48 hours prior to your stay. We will email you the registration docs. Registration fees are 50 (already included in the price)

If your booking is 48 hours or less from your check in date, there will be a 75 late fee you’ll be charged extra for.

Our Stunning Colonial is in a gated community, guests will have to register at the Welcome Center in order to gain access. Registration forms will be emailed to guests, prior to guests’ arrival. A license registration is required at the moment of registration. Once registered, a pass will be provided for the duration of guests stay.

🚨Important Information
-License registration and drivers license are required in order to get into the community.
At your arrival, you need to park at the welcome center and come inside the office to request your pass, valid for the duration of your stay.
