The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Verify all windows, doors, lights, electronics are turned off.
Make sure sauna door is closed, hot tub lid on and locked, cold plunge machine turned off and covered and lid placed on cold plunge.
Make sure fire in fire pit is off and covered with screen or lid.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

DO NOT flush toilet paper, wipes, diapers, or feminine products. Ignoring this rule will make guest responsible for plumbers fee to service bathroom.
Do not leave children unattended while spa amenities in use.
