Only one night stay due to possible strikes next day; I did walk the pool area and was nice. I wish I could had stay longer. Maybe next time.

They wanted to charge us $45 for early check-in of 2 hours check ends at 3:00 we arrived at 1:00 would not let us check in unless we pay the additional $45 we had to wait for 2 hours it's not that they did not have a room clean they just wanted to take advantage I will never stay there here again

I came here and I arrived late after already checking in. I left because I wanted to get something to eat when I came back. It was locked down literally they locked the front gates. I asked them like hello. Let me in. I have. I’m staying here and they just did the most just to allow me to get back into it when you’re paying for the hotel there should be no reason whether locking down all the doors later night and you have to sit there and wait at the front. It was just very inconvenience

We got pick up from airport and a passenger who traveled with us to hotel mentioned that the shuttle service is very reliable and on time. There was only one receptionist when we came and he handled all the checkins very quickly and in parallel, he took care of a resident, attended a phone call and explained about services to us and another person helped us to bring the luggage’s in a cart to the room. The pool area is very big and nice to relax after dining in the restaurant.

We stay at this property every year for last 18 years on our trip home bc it is near the airport, but mostly for its beautiful courtyard and pool area. It is a tropical oasis. It is a great way to end a tropical trip. Little concrete tons of vegetation. And huge pool with waterfall. The rooms are modern. I recommend booking poolside bc you can sit on balcony or patio (depending floor) and enjoy the last bit of fresh air. With all this said, this year was a bit off. The front staff were not overly friendly especially when I asked for second key shortly after checkin. I was promptly asked why. I said bc there are three of us travelling. Also, the restaurant staff were very slow. Not sure why. Normally fine. Another thing missed this year was pool bar/restaurant not open. It is quite a neat set up. Clothed sitting on one side and swim up on the other. None of this to stop us from stopping in again next year. Just hope it’s back to normal next year.
