Packages include Mental-Fit basic modules, accommodation in a Mental-Fit apartment, and visitor's tax with KONUS card. Additional services are available for an extra fee.

Your Mental-Fit Program in Todtmoos – more than just a vacation:

Experience inner calm, greater composure, improved focus, and enhanced resilience. Learn to treat yourself with more awareness and mindfulness for greater mental strength and natural self-optimization. Your training program is individually and modularly designed, based on scientific methods. Options include Neurofeedback Training, Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), KAW-Introvision, or dedicated offline time for yourself. Personal mentoring sessions are available for an extra fee if desired. You train at your own pace, with support throughout your stay.
