Perfect for couples, small families or the solo traveler, the suite features a queen bed and pullout couch (double size) that sleeps up to three adults—or two adults and two children—comfortably.

The bright, open-concept floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the amenities you need for a convenient stay. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the living area, adding warmth and charm. Down the hall, you’ll find a bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a long hike or a day of surfing.

After a stormy beach walk, cozy up by the fireplace and soak in the breathtaking views from the large windows.

Located just a short walk from the heart of downtown, Hang Ten Vista offers easy access to trendy restaurants, boutique shops, and all the charm that Tofino has to offer.

SUPPLIES: We provide all linens, towels, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, so you can pack light.
LAUNDRY: The building also offers shared laundry facilities with a pay-per-load system for added convenience.
BAKERY: there is a delicious bakery located right in the building where you can enjoy a morning coffee or fresh bakes good. Make sure to pop into Savory Island Pies Bakery located on the first floor!

A few building notes:
**this building is located in downtown Tofino, a high-traffic area, and can be quite noisy during the busy tourist season, which runs from June through September.
**The unit does not have air conditioning, so windows are typically kept open to allow for airflow. However, this can also allow more noise from the surrounding neighborhood to enter the space.
**For this reason, we do not recommend this unit for guests who are sensitive to noise.
**Additionally, blackout blinds are not provided, so the unit can be quite bright in the early mornings. Guests who prefer a darker room may want to bring a sleep mask for added comfort.





History: Fred Tibbs building was named after an eccentric pioneer. He purchased an island off the shore of Tofino and called it 'Dream Island' and as popular local folklore goes he was known to play his clarinet at the top of a lone Spruce Tree on his island. There is a grassy area outside with stone picnic tables perfect for tide watching and enjoying your fish tacos! Fred Tibb's is conveniently located in-town, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ample tours if you are up for an adventure.

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

Age min: must be 23 years or older to book.

Max Occupancy: 4 guests total including babies and infants.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.

3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.

Pet Policy: ONLY 1 med dog allowed. Sorry not Cats!

Onsite laundry facility available upon request ( pay per load)

Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus any pesky booking platform fees). If you cancel without the 30 days days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
