Welcome to Tofino Surf Retreat, a bright and laid-back 2-bedroom home tucked into a quiet, family-friendly pocket of central Tofino — an easy walk to Tonquin Beach, the Community Hall & Playground, and downtown. This is a true family surf destination: boards store right at the front door, and a private, fenced patio with a fire bowl and BBQ makes for the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the water.
The space is quiet and comfortable, with hotel-quality bedding throughout for an extra comfy sleep, and it`s an ideal home base for a family or a couple looking to get away.

KITCHEN
Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, induction stove, and convection oven, plus a French press to get your morning started. A live-edge wood bar with counter seating opens onto the dining and living space, with sliding glass doors bringing in plenty of natural light.
COFFEE + TEA:
Start your mornings right with a starter supply of organic dark roast coffee from Foggy Bean Coffee, roasted in Ucluelet, paired with a drip coffee maker. A selection of organic teas is also provided, whether you’re craving something bold or soothing.
DINING / LIVING SPACE
The open-concept main level centers on a dining table that seats 6, perfect for shared meals, under a gallery of coastal-inspired art. The living room offers cozy seating, a 50` smart TV with cable, and an indoor fireplace to curl up by on cooler coastal evenings.
SLEEPING - 2 Bedrooms
Primary: a queen bed, a small work desk, and a decorative surfboard in the corner — a nice touch for the surf crowd.
Second Bedroom: a queen-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. This bedroom has a small TV.
Both bedroom have closets and dressers for clothing storage.
BATHROOM — 1 full bathroom
The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo, calming sage-green walls, and a bright, updated vanity.
LAUNDRY
A washer/dryer is available in the unit for guest use.
PARKING
One parking space is included in the attached carport, with a regular outlet available for a trickle charge (no dedicated EV charger). If a second vehicle is needed, additional parking is available on Arnet Rd.
INTERACTION
The house is managed locally by Blue Crush Concierge. Guests can reach the team during business hours.

GETTING AROUND TOFINO:
Getting around Tofino is part of the adventure! The scenic Multi-Use Path (MUP) runs through town and is perfect for walking, biking, jogging, or strolling.
PUBLIC TRANSIT:
Hop on the West Coast Transit bus for easy travel between Tofino and Ucluelet (and stops along the West Coast). It runs seven days a week with frequent service—and you can find routes, maps, and the full schedule here: https://bctransit.com/west-coast
Other easy options include:
• Bike & e-bike rentals for cruising town and trails
• Rideshare via the Coastal Rides app and Tofino Taxi (limited drivers)

WILDLIFE & QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect the peaceful surroundings and the wildlife that frequent this coastal area. Due to wildlife keep all food items inside and cars secure.
90+ DAY STAY REGULATIONS:
- Please note: Due to local zoning regulations, all bookings require a minimum 90-night stay. This quiet townhome is perfect for extended stays whether you’re working remotely, planning a long Tofino adventure, or seeking an extended west coast retreat this season.
- A mandatory monthly refresh clean is required for the duration of the stay, scheduled by our team. Guests must provide access to the property on the scheduled clean date. The mandatory Refresh Clean will be every 30 days at $100. We manually charge the guest once booking is confirmed.
- Cancellation: 100% refund less a $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival. 50% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. (Different travel platforms may state slightly different cancellation terms.)

- Quiet time is 10pm-8am. This is not a party house.

- Bringing a dog? Follow Petiquette and advise at time of booking (even if it`s a service animal). 1 dog 50 pounds or less or 2 dogs 10 pounds or less. Pet fee charged per month.
- No smoking outside or in the unit.
- Outdoor Fire pit and indoor fireplace: Read instructions in the Welcome Book.
