Terrible experience

Advised the owner that we would be arriving about 20 hours later than scheduled and was told no problem. Caught an earlier flight and only arrived 12 hours later than planned to find out, at 5 in the morning, that he had rented the VRBO for a single night. He double booked! Then he sent us to a VRBO that he did not control/manage and we got kicked out! He refunded 2 nights of the 4 that were paid for. I kept VRBO in the loop and no resolution yet. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER!!!!
