The following actions are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in penalties or additional charges:

Staying beyond check-out time without notice (¥3,500 per hour for unauthorized extensions)
Smoking inside the room or on the balcony, including cigarette littering (Deodorization/cleaning fee: ¥30,000)
Exceeding the maximum number of guests without notice (¥30,000 per extra person per night)
Damage, stains, or taking towels, linens, cutlery, or equipment (Replacement or repair fees will be charged)
Additionally, please agree to the following before booking:

No parties, gatherings, or drinking events
No smoking inside the apartment or anywhere except in designated smoking areas
No disturbing neighbors
No excessive noise (Please be quiet after 9:00 PM)
No bringing in guests who are not registered as staying guests
If any of the above violations are found, a penalty of ¥100,000 will be charged.
(For noise complaints, if improvement is not seen after a warning, the case may be reported to the police, and an early check-out or fine may be enforced.)

Good for solo travelers

It’s a good place for solo travelers! If you bring others with you, it could get tight, especially if you have big luggage. With my big suitcase and carry on, I had to be space conscious to make sure I still had room to move around. Do note that there’s a small table that’s in the center in the room that isn’t seen the photos. I still found it very cozy regardless. Hiroko was very responsive and helpful. Right across from a big mall so good food options, and near the train station too so it makes for easy travel. Keep in mind that someone (likely a neighbor) seems to smoke often. It didn’t bother me since I had the air purifier running and obviously it isn’t the fault of the host, but consider that in case you are sensitive. Otherwise a very quiet and peaceful stay. Thank you very much!
