Spacious, modern and convenient
This was our home base for a month during our 3 months in Japan. Yukari and Eichii were the best hosts anyone could ever hope for! The apartment was great - good Wifi (in case you plan to work during your stay), modern well appointed kitchen & laundry / bathroom, and everything you'd need for a clean, comfortable stay. The location is well connected to the Hibiya and Tozai subway lines, so really easy to access the rest of Tokyo and beyond, while still being in a neighborhood with a community feel. We look forward to staying again!!

Awesome stay in Chuo
My husband and I moved to Tokyo and needed temporary housing while we apartment searched. The place was just as shown in the pictures. We were treated with respect and privacy while here and the hosts were very hospitable and kind.

Beautiful, spacious and central location, Shinkawa, Chuo City, Tokyo
Overall extremely positive impressions regarding the apartment, hosts, and location. Quiet side street close to a small park and elementary school. 25-30 min walk to main train station and Ginza and ~5 min walk to 2 metro stations.
Private entrance with staircase to upper floor two level apartment. There are 2 sleeping areas, one with a western traditional 2 person bed separated by sliding panels and a large elevated loft area with tatami pad bedding. Very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults. Full kitchen/eating area and even a private balcony.
Great hosts, fluent in English which was very helpful since I did not speak any Japanese and this was my first visit to Tokyo/Japan. Strong recommendation and would gladly visit again given the opportunity. Thank you for a wonderfull stay! Dimitrije Ristic

Excellent value, this architectural design loft apartment has quality appliances, is very comfortable, TV with Netflix connection. Close to Hibiya subway which stops at Ginza, Roppongi, Akihabara, Ueno to name a few. Also close to Sumida river with kilometres of walking or running paths.
There are many accessible bars and restaurants in the area within a 5 minute walk plus Family mart close by.
My stay was 1 month and hosts were extremely helpful, I highly recommend this property.

An Excellent Place to Stay in Downtown Tokyo.
The apartment is located in between two major Tokyo Metro lines. The Tozai Line and Hibiya Line. So it is very easy to get around Tokyo. There are two stations with a 5 minute walking distance and are fairly easy to get to. The neighborhood is lovely with an elementary school and a kids park just a stones throw away. Lots of convenience, grocery, and drug stores are within a minute or two walking distances from the apartment. There are also quite a number of restaurants close by as well.
The apartment itself is very nice. It is located on the 3rd floor, and it has an open floor plan with a nice loft. Although I stayed by myself there is easily enough space for 3 to 4 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen and dining room are well equipped with a 3 gas burner stove top and a small gas oven. The appliances are a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster oven as well as a fridge freezer combo. The bathroom is a typical Japanese style bath and shower with a washer and dryer combo.
Kanekosan is an excellent host. She made sure that was comfortable for my stay and kept in contact with me. She addressed any concerns that I had and offered excellent advice on places to visit and see. Her Husband is also very kind and both spoke very good English. I am quite grateful for their hospitality. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Hidden Local Gem!
Gorgeous design, moderen flare with traditional touches. Very clean, very specious with an abundance of natural light coming from skylight in the living room kitchen area. Full sized appliances plus full kitchen equipment for longer stays and cooking. Has an additional room loft upstairs for multiple guest. There’s two train stations all within a 5 and 10 minute walk that will connect you anywhere you need to go in Tokyo and 16 minute walk to Tokyo train station or one train ride away. Great location, affluent neighborhood very lively during the week. The host are locals fluent in both Japanese and English, accommodating and full of recommendations. Overall I was very pleased at this experience. I hope to stay here in the future visits.
