even though the room space is so small. the services such as the hotel staff were excellent in services, and they did not look down on us because we are Asians, the supplies like coffee, toothpaste, etc were abundant. these makes up for the small bed room. the location is excellent, its near the station, shopping areas like 24 hours don quijote, restaurants, electronic stores, etc the food is also very good, however, my only comment is its the same every day no variations. we stayed for 5 days so on the 4th and 5th day we were not looking forward to eat breakfast. the price is competitive. tourists on a budget like us can afford it. lastly, i wonder if APA will maybe consider their laundry facility. they have 2 washing & dryer machines but I dont think its working great.

Great location. The room has everything you need, although don't expect a lot of space in Tokyo at this price point. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The only downside was the customer service, which is mediocre at best.

Smack bang in middle of electric city, bustling with nightlife, friendly staff, Japenese people are very friendlyin general. Hotel room is on the small side, but you dont spend most of the dwy in there! Would definately recommend this hotel if you want to be in the heart of Akiharbara... very easy to get to from Haneda airport...

Can’t get more central than this! Everything Akiba had to offer right outside your door. Was a wonderful stay and friendly staff :) only down fall was no a/c only heat and the windows are for emergency’s only so was quite hot at night

The dryer takes a bit to dry but it is convenient to have one in the building. Wash takes only 30 minutes but drying with the current dryer is reliably 90-120min.

Never seen a hotel that has its corridors exposed to the outside, but despite that all the rooms were nice and warm even in winter, checking in luggage 9 hours before my room was ready was nice too, restaurant had good food in the hotel.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room that we got was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A bit of a hiccup during check in as my booking through Expedia couldn’t be found but the staff helped well. Location was very good as well. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Akihabara station and 3 minutes walk to the Suehirochi station. A few convenience store very nearby, and Don Quijote was also very nearby. In room wifi was great and we got a very big TV in the room that we can screen cast on. Overall stay here was great and we’ll be returning here.
