Room was not cleaned despite paying extra for early check in when they said they cleaned the room. Rooms are smaller than you think. Otherwise staff is helpful and area is good to stay at.

I probably wouldn’t stay there again. The room was OK. The problem was the elevator. It wasn’t broken. We we would wait 5 to 10 minutes, and then it would be full and we couldn’t get on. So we had to wait again. It was ridiculous.

I arrived and the Computer system could not find my booking that I had made month prior. When it was resolved I finally got to my room and it was filthy. Surfaces were dusty and had debris from other guests. Provided chair had human bodily fluid stain on seat. Bed was improperly made with bare mattress exposed at the head of the bed. There was mould on the backboard of the bed. There was mould on the blackout curtain. I requested a Humidfier via the hotel app rental system, request was “approved” but the humidifier never arrived to my room nor did the staff know about it when I went to the reception to enquire. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. But the staff were very warm and welcoming.

Great hotel, always had clean sheets, Never, Have To, Request, Anything, because everything was addressed. There is laundry, convenience, store, and it’s super Close to a Train Station, which Makes It very convenient. There is actually pretty good food around the corner from this place.
