Room was nice and clean. Location was right next to some beautiful parks and had a festival going on just around the corner. It was my own fault for not double checking that their pool is seasonal and closed after September. Overall good rooms and staff and it provides everything you would need while traveling.

Room was not handicapped accessible. I wrote the hotel to make sure it was and it was not. No grab bars in bathroom. The door in the bathroom had a 8 inch step to get in and out. My wheelchair did not fit in room unless it was closed. Room was very unsafe and they wanted me to pay more for a suitable room. After 3 days I fell and hit my back. A week later I fell and my head went into the bidet. We will return to Japan, but never use a Apa hotel again.

Clean room,always stocking on necessities, & they also have a lawson that's open 24hrs so def worth it. It's also close to a 7/11 and only like a 7 minute walk to the train station super convenient!
