The property was just a few minutes walk from Shibuya Scramble. Very convenient and a quiet area right before the "scramble." Access to a 7 eleven, family mart and other shops and restaurants. The restaurant at 2nd floor was good as well.

It started terribly. When we arrived @ 5pm - we were told the room was not ready. And we were told to "walk around and come back" and come back. We arrived after 5pm The hotel website indicated, that check in was @ 3pm - clients expect to be able to check in and have rooms ready at 3pm. Check in process was very slow. It seems like they were not aware that they had a big booking that day. I was with a big group. However, the staff was very apologetic and tried their best to work as fast as possible. I would like to reiterate, if you advertise check in is at 3 pm - have your rooms ready @ 3pm. Don't tell your clients "walk around and come back." When people travel, most of the time they are very exhausted, and to be told to "walk around and come back" 2 hours after designated check in time - is not going to be received pleasantly.

Overall the hotel is great. It's in a fantastic location and very reasonably priced for that reason. The only negative is that the elevator is very slow and gets extremely busy in the morning. Apart from that, it was a great stay.
