Outside the check-in process, and the lack of air conditioning in the space outside the rooms (which is common for many places), things were great. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because the self check-in was confusing and unresponsive at times.as it seems it couldn't find my reservation. The room was clean and bright. Had all the amenities you really need. Sheets were clean and fresh. The robes for the onsen were tucked in an unexpected place, but understandable. It is cosy to fit two adults and two kids (5 and 2.5) into the room we picked, but it worked out. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had things you expect from an American/western experience and Japanese local breakfast stuff. Staff was very friendly and would keep our bags for early check in.

Function and convenient

It is convenient and functional. The spa is a nice bonus. I got a single room which was very small. They could stand to reduce the bed size in the single room to allow more room for a suitcase, shoes, etc. the pillows are also not comfortable. It is convenient to sengakuji train station. Thete are also several restaurants within walking distance, including a healthy smoothie bar next door. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. I would choose this place again if staying 1-2 nights. I would not choose it for a longer stay where I would value a little more comfort.

We stayed at this hotel during our last few days in Tokyo before heading to Haneda airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The station was super close so it was great for transportation
