The staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my third stay and I always ask for a room with a view of the Godzilla head from behind the Gracery hotel, and they’ve made it happen each time. Location is in the midst of Tokyo’s most vibrant 24hr nightlife but it is in the red light district so that element is present too.

The rooms are clean, simple, roomy enough for one. Haven’t stayed in the double occupancy rooms so I couldn’t say whether it’s good for couples or more than one traveler. There’s only one washer/dryer for women. Have not used the spa but plan on it the next time. Have stayed here twice and when traveling alone will probably stay again. I like that it’s located in an area I prefer to stay in. Near to train stations.

The room was dirty when we got there, dust and weird stains on the carpet, the toilet also was dirty, staff we just spoke to them once when we checked in, the room we got we were not able to open the window, i know it’s for safety reason but sometimes felt weird because there was no air circulation in such small room
