Hotel was ok. One of the elevators was not working. Kind of a hassle having to wait for the other elevator( normally full). Staff really friendly and helpful

Rooms are small (by United States standards) but the service and surrounding areas are excellent. If you wanna be in the heart of the Shinjuku life, this is absolutely the place to stay!
