The location is about the best you can get to be in all the action! The staff are fantastic. So helpful and speak very good English. The morning breakfast is fantastic and a great price. ( book it with the room its cheaper). The only issue is the size of the rooms. When j was booking they only had one twin bed available to sell. All other rooms sold out. It was a great price. After 2 nights I asked to pay extra to get a room with two beds. For a single person it’s manageable. But for two people a room with a single bed isn’t going to work out.

Everything was great. A little busy but it's in a very busy area. You get what you pay for. Middle of the action location. Room was quiet. Water was always hot. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommended if you want to stay in Kabukicho. Avoid Golden Gai and the Nigerians at all costs. Otherwise, you'll have fun. Understand what it is before you go. High tourist area. Still worth it.
