Great location near Otsuka station and the yamanote line but still quiet enough, friendly staff, nice building, easy check in/out. The room we stayed in was very small which was fine because we were hardly in the room. We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with big, delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so helpful very professional. The rooms are small (by US standards), but very efficient and I loved the bidet toilet. The onsen was very relaxing and the right calm after a busy walking day around Tokyo. We are sad we didn’t book more nights!

I like that this hotel is near to the JR Otsuka Station. Makes it a whole lot easier to travel anywhere. There are nearby Lawson and Family Mart for quick konbini runs as well. Overall, would love to be back!

This was a long stay of 21 days, and I would say everything was close to perfect which is why I keep coming back to this hotel, the only minor thing I would like to point out is that despite cleaning was excellent they don't seem to vacuum at all.
