The room was relatively small but that was to be expected with a hotel in Tokyo. Great location in terms of the subway. Walking distnace from Asakusa and Skytree.

I think the room was good for a single occupant, it may have been a bit crowded with more than that! It had the things that I needed for my trip. The mattress is firm, just as an FYI, if that matters to you.

Check in day was a bit stressful. The independent check in machines were not working well. We asked for help at the front desk and the lady camd and looked at out mavhine and told us to wait. We waited a few minutes and nothing had changed. So we asked her again and she again told us to wait again. 5 minutes went by and she started serving other people that were behind us. And helping them check in. So we stood there and waited. The front desk was amhelping others in lind behind us check in. While we continued to wait. My sister does not get annoyed easily butvshe was annoyed. She asked the front desk worker; what are we waiting for. She didn't tell us. Perhaps her English was limited and she could not explain. But it came off very unhelpful and rude. After about 30 minutes we were able to continue to use the machine to check in. The hotel facilities were nice and i liked the location. Just the first impression of service was poor.

Front desk staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I got a corner room as requested. The hotel lacks of facilities like bath or restaurant on site but the area is filled with great restaurants and shopping options. Very close to Metro stations. Would stay over again.
