While small, the room was clean and the amenities were exactly what we were looking for (we didn't plan to say in our room long). The staff is courteous and efficient. We speak English and were able to quickly navigate around the hotel. Check out was also simple and organized.

I was fine with everything except having to keep asking someone to turn screen-mirroring back on for my room TV, every few days or so, especially as I was staying for around a month. Also (and I’ve seen others mention this), why does there have to be two towels, a robe and other stuff left on the door every single day? Finally, a lighter comforter/duvet (like the ones they have at Premier Inns in Europe) would be more comfortable than APA’s big, thick bulky, heavy ones. Other than those three things, everything was fine.
