I don’t have enough great things to say about this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet included was a huge plus and made the mornings easy. The Asakusa neighborhood has so many restaurants and shops, and the hotel is conveniently located across from the subway stop so other places in Tokyo are easily accessible. All to say the Tobu Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Tokyo.

Love the area! Easy access to train station Ginza line, cultural sights, and restaurants. Walkable day or night. Hotel was nice. Bed too hard/ firm for my comfort and shower temp could be hotter but enjoyed our stay!

For a while I’ve been going back & forth between which hotel to stay at in Asakusa & I’m so happy I chose here. The train station (Ginza line) is directly across the hotel which was so nice after a long day of walking. As soon as we exited the station it made all the difference that our hotel was just right there. The room was clean & super spacious & the staff were very helpful. Check in/check out was a breeze & they also do luggage holds & forwarding. I loved that it had everything around — shopping 8min from Don Quixote, dining, site seeing sensoji temple is 4min away & our room had views of Tokyo sky tree. The only downside was the beds were hard so if you’re picky with that or have a bad back you might wanna consider that. Other than that I loved it here! Definitely coming back

This was our first hotel of a two week trip and it was such a great way to kick of the trip. The staff were so sweet at check in, the room was nice with lots of amenities, and the location was perfect for exploring Asakusa or hopping on the metro to explore other parts of the city. The elevators can get a little packed in the mornings so if you need to catch a train or flight, leave yourself some extra time because you may have to wait for a few turns before getting one. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. We booked a twin room, and it was spacious—much better than most I've encountered. The staff here are polite and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, as it’s within walking distance to Sensoji Temple, a subway station, Tokyo Skytree Tower, and a huge 24-hour Don Quijote. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, offering a variety of dining options. The limo bus to and from Narita is just a 12-minute walk away, which is very convenient compared to taking the subway. The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is helpful and kind. I wish they would offer more English-friendly features, for example 1. If you need to call the property for any reason, the phone system is entirely in Japanese. There's no press 1 for Japanese, press 2 for English. I had to find someone who speaks Japanese to make the call for me. 2. Laundry facility - very little English instruction is offered. Good thing I asked another guest to translate for us. Otherwise, our clothes would come out with different colors. 3. The bed was really hard. One person in our party developed a sore back during the trip. The pillows were also hard.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they would have more English translation throughout the hotel. For example, it's difficult to reach the hotel via telephone. Their answering message is all in Japanese. You had to select from a menu list but the list was only in Japanese. I had to find someone who spoke the language to make the call on my behalf, due to a travel emergency. The laundry facility was challenging to navigate. Again, there was no English signage.

Great location, close to transit and Senso-ji temple. Very easy to access transit to get around the city abd to the airports. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Great service and hospitality from the staff. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Super convenient for accessing Asakusa Tobu Station and the Spacia X Rapid Express Train to Nikko. Thirty minute stroll to Tokyo Skytree or, in the opposite direction, to Ueno Park and the Tokyo National Museum. Nice, safe covered shopping arcade steps away from entrance offers varied dining options. Very quiet room with fantastic sound proofing. Sensoji Temple about ten minutes away, well lit at night. Highly recommend.
