Breakfast menu had the most amazing food options. Excellent food and preparation. Room was very clean, decent size, and efficiently organized. Staff was super friendly and courteous, also very helpful. Location can't be beat. Super convenient access to train station, food, and shopping. This is an incredibly great hotel!

Great location. Rooms are so cozy and chic. I love the amenity kits downstairs. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind a relaxing room with no tv. WiFi is excellent. Concierge and reception are warm.

Perfect room for family of four except the windows opens up to interior of the hotel facing other windows. So if you are at a lower floor, it will be dark. Other than that the location is perfect because its convenient and very close to shops, restaurants and transsportation.

We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Ginza line and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite close to the Asakusa line making access to the airports direct and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offer daily cleaning (full on some days and partial on others). You let them know what your preferences are via a tablet in the room. We unfortunately forgot to turn off the "do not disturb" setting on ours one day and didn't get the room cleaned but that was our fault, not theirs! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay, this hotel is close to train stations and is walking distance to several major attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the view from our room was spectacular. The staff were very helpful with storing our luggage on our last day.

A little crowed at breakfast but understandable based on the amount of space to accommodate all the guests. Clean room with amazing view of Tokyo Sky Tree and river. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing with less crowds into the evenings.
