what i like most is the buffet breakfast on the 26th floor with the perfect view of skytree. A very convenient place. Near everything. Walking distance to sensoji-temple, train stations. The limousine bus goin’ to airport is in front of the hotel. Perfect place to stay in asakusa.

The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region.

Beds were terrible, like sleeping in the box spring, very uncomfortable. The bed covers were worn out shiny gold, like they have not been updated in decades. But the view is excellent and staff was welcoming.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great and generous amenities. Incredible view and location! They turned off the air conditioning because winter was approaching. But the room still got very warm in the morning when the sun came through the window. We asked them to turn it back on but they said no.

The security door latch was loose and fell off. We returned it to the front desk to have it reinstalled, but no one came to reinstall it. The room was very hot, and the AC was turned off in the building. The only way to cool the room is to ask the front desk to unlock one of the windows. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast with the view was worth the price!
