The room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good area to see Shinjuku. I like that there was a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel for quick food and drinks. I would recommend this place for adults, not families. I would come back again for sure.

The room was clean and well maintained. A bit small for western standards, but big enough to work and the bed was fairly comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast I would probably pass on as outside are so many wonderful restaurants that you can find something opening 24 hours of the day. The staff were extremely friendly and such a cool area! Watch out for the African touts outside and avoid them at all costs! Overall a nice hotel right in the heart of Shinjuku. I travel about 6 months of the year and I probably would not stay here again for business, but for a holiday 100% would again! Thank you and really enjoyed my stay!
