I enjoyed my stay there. I would have preferred something closer to a Metro or underground tube station, but the staff were amazing. They speak English. They also have inexpensive laundry machines that will wash a dry your clothes for ¥500. And they are very accommodating.

Overall our stay was good, but now that I'm home I realized that I booked/paid for a superior room and stayed in a standard room, which is very disappointing. The standard room was small but had just enough space for 2 large suitcases. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel location was excellent -- close to train stations and a very short taxi drive away from Tokyo Station. What we liked the most about the hotel was breakfast -- good value with a lot of good options, like a different delicious smoothie every day, breads, pancakes, little desserts, yogurt, etc. (including options for those who enjoy a Japanese-style breakfast).

The room and bathroom was clean and a bit more spacious than is normal for Tokyo, only a bit dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. We added the breakfast everyday for our 7-day trip to have just in case. It was so good the first day that we ate in rather than going to a restaurant every single day. They made fresh smoothies which is what we looked forward to the most. One of the days we had a late morning with the do not disturb sign on the door but the staff still left us a bag of fresh towels and slippers on our door. When we left, we put the sign on the door requesting turnover service (half expecting for this not to happen as they had already come by the room) but when we returned they had performed turnover service for us! Every staff member we came into contact with was incredibly kind and helpful. We want to stay here again next year but it looks like they are already sold out for the dates we want!
