Hotelli oli mukava mutta kofeiinitonta kahvia ei saanut aamiaiselle vaikka asuin täällä viikon ja pyysin useita kertoja. Myös sauna / onsen olisi ollut kiva lisä. Parina yönä muut asukkaat meöusivat käytävillä (juoksivat, huusivat, hakkasivat ovia, oksensivat ym) yli tunnin n. Klo 00-01 eikä hotelli puuttunut asiaan mitenkään.
