We had a great stay, room was snug, but fine for a family of four. Loved the drying room for never ending pile of laundry. Handy to Both train and metro stations, 7/11s, supermarket and great burger joint ‘Jiros’.

Charming neighborhood

This is the most charming neighborhood in Tokyo. Tiny cafes and shops but in walking distance to museums parks and nightlife. It is so quiet and safe and we loved it.

Friendly reception staff! Free corn soup, miso soup, coffee, tea. So nice having full sized fridge and microwave, washing machine (no dryer), hot plate, utensils / dishes. It was a bit hot in the room - took a while to get the room cool with A/C, but the temperature outside was in the high 80’s/ low 90’s. The ceiling in our living room area was a bit low, so tall people should be careful to not bump their heads.

Room was a bit small for family of 5, but very clean with good amenities, including microwave and washing machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kathleen when we had to check in at night.

This place was super cute and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were excellent. Great location. A few downsides were the hard mattresses and pillows. Rooms were not baby friendly and stairs were a bit challenging.

Rooms are very small but functional. The basins are quite small so water gets splash everywhere. I found the beds and pillow quite uncomfortable although my companions were ok with them so it’s personal preference. You will be expected to walk quite a distance to the station but the location is between ueno and asakusa and very close to the kitchenware street. Staff were nice and greets guest coming in and out of the hotel. All in all, it’s ok if you’re looking for a short stay in that area.

The stay was perfect for the 5 of us. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (10-17) we had a blast. The room was larger than expected and fit us all comfortably. The corn soup at the desk was my daughters favorite.
