Love staying here! It was little pricier that we wanted,, but we WERE going at the height of tourist season. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and had a great neighborhood feel. Lot of food near by and the train was only a 10 min walk. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at “Dots.” Our children (13 and 10) especially loved the unique layout of the apartment. It’s worth noting that the steps leading into the living room could be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues, but the extra space there was a real highlight for us. The location was excellent—set in a quiet neighbourhood that gave us a genuine feel for everyday Japanese life as we walked through the streets to the train station. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in, which made it easy to start exploring Tokyo as soon as we arrived.

Tight spaces make it hard to move around in this apartment and the sliding doors around the lower half of the bed are noisy. Make sure all of your group has solid agility to navigate the precarious steps up to the bunk bed and down to the small general area. Nice neighborhood and staff was helpful.

The room was cool. Looks small but we fitted 5 (2 adults, 2 teen boys and a 12 year old) fine. Great view of the sky tree, very close to Asakusa and easy access to metro stations. Also a few minutes walk to FamilyMart for daily fami-chiki servings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming neighborhood

This is the most charming neighborhood in Tokyo. Tiny cafes and shops but in walking distance to museums parks and nightlife. It is so quiet and safe and we loved it.
