Great little hotel in a great area to be when visiting Tokyo. The room was a bit small but to be expected in Tokyo. If you're a walker, it's a great location to most cool shops and a lot of restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect Hotel for us. Just a short walk to the Train station, convenience stores and restaurants close and all in a safe neighborhood. Welcoming and friendly staff and a good hot breakfast greeted us every morning. You will be happy here!

Just book the penthouse already. I read another review that it's the best value in Tokyo. I haven't stayed in enough other Tokyo hotels to verify that, but I believe it. It cost less than a regular room at the Westin down the street, and has incredible panoramic views of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower.

We were only here for less than 24 hours at end of trip but loved how close it was to shibuya, meguro shopping and the river, lovely area, close to station and only 20 min cab to airport at 7am. Rooms were a good size for Tokyo, lots of things to collect/use and free muffins and drinks downstairs. An excellent find in quiet street but super close to Ebisu action.

Good free breakfast. Rooms OK. Japanese toilet did not work properly. Personal higiene amenities plentiful and great variety. Staff was not able to help in shipping my luggage to other hotels or to The airport. Which most bigger hotels do.
