This rental was great. Great location. Very small but so are a lot of Japan rooms. It had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, kettle etc. literally 2 minutes from the station. Very clean. Grocery store very close. And lots of restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Yutenji was such a cute neighborhood with lots of local bar/restaurants. Apartment was 2 blocks from metro station and the best bakery for breakfast pastries. Room looked exactly as described. Didn’t have the appearance of a fancy hotel, but was perfect for exploring Tokyo and then coming home to.

Worst place we’ve been so far. The check in details were not fully correct, when we arrived the smell was muffy, the flour was dirty and sticky, there were black spots on the floor which seemed like mold, brown (poop?) spots around the toilet and walls, lots and lots of dirty hairs in my towel and dust on places where it shouldn’t be cause it’s an obvious place to clean. We felt got headache and Oke throats hurt at night because of the air. While this was happening the host didn’t reply or did anything about it. Don’t recommend:)
