This is one of the most beautifully designed hotels in Tokyo. The staff is superb and attentive. The view from the main lobby is surreal. When we arrived, Mt Fuji was cleared of clouds and easy to see through sunset. Magical!

The Four Seasons never disappoints, and this one is particularly perfect. The view from the 39th floor reception and lobby and from my room on the 36th floor was breathtaking, the service excellent and the location stunning. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. Check out the bar, it’s a speakeasy hidden away with amazing drinks.

Staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond, in every way possible! Everything was beyond expectations. Will be staying here for future visits to Tokyo.
