Breakfast options limited and areas to busy to relax at the start of your day. No extended hours for weekends??? Smoking floor provided when clear request for non-smoking. felt like i was choking every night. Air con switched off, even though room registering 26C. had to sleep with balcony open to get fresh air both for coolness and smoke taste in the air and furnishings. check-in, arrived early and was received with a very dictortarial response of room not available, but you can pay to make it available? check-out, same asked for late check out, mot possible unless pay. The hotel generally felt like it was doing too much and satisfy too many people. in the end fundamentally you want to have a comfortable place to sleep. general staff friendly and polite (apart from reception) would i stay again no, very expensive for what you receive and so many more options including in this area. next time back to Shinjuku.

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal - der Kunde ist hier wirklich König. Sehr sauberes und mit vielen Hilfsmitteln für den täglichen Bedarf aufwartendes Hotel. Restaurantpreise sind etwas hoch.
