Jaded and expensive.

Had to change rooms as the original one had dust so thick around the edges you could pick up with your fingers and the picture frame had a fur collar! The general condition away from the main areas is worn and seriously needs a refurb, torn papers on the walls in the corridors a prelude to your rooms condition. The gym is a joke! Two bikes and two treadmills! The pools are closed! ITS 35 DEGREES! Prices in bars and restaurants are extortionate and not exceptional. Best feature of the hotel is the convenience store in the basement, well stocked and well staffed.

Hotel is good. Staff is friendly. Construction next to hotel is annoying. It’s not the fault of the hotel but the construction zone around Shinagawa station and next to the hotel takes away from the ambiance. The location near the station makes the hotel very convenient.

Very strict hotel in an isolated area that is roughly 30 minutes from Tokyo. The restaurants were extremely expensive with limited menu options. The pool was extremely expensive, small and very strict on the tattoo policy, even for a mother with four kids and one small foot tattoo. A/C barely worked and there is no concierge on site to help you book travel outside of the hotel. I would not stay here again.
