So close to higashi-shinjuku station and easy walk to shinjuku station.Its small, but absolutely adequate even for an extended stay. Wardrobes are massive and fit small suitcase, which frees up space. We had 3 people and it was ok. kabukicho has a reputation, but for sensible tourists its absolutely fine to stay there. Theres an ootoya at higashi-shinjuku station, a maruetsu not far, and mybasket is less than 100m away.
