Staff was incredible and very kind. The hotel itself and the room was very clean and very minimalist. The rooftop onset is to die for! Gender separated. Fully nude. And the coolest sky light that opens to outside while youโ€™re in the water. Only negative was the lighting in the room. It was pretty and all but Not great for makeup application and doing hair.

After seven nights at this hotel, I nearly didn't want to leave. The atmosphere was very tranquil and calm and everything was always taken care of, even sometimes before you ask for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want more space in their hotel rooms, higher quality of products and service, and who want access to a natural onsen in the city. I had two young kids with us and they loved it too. The hotel is in the business district of Tokyo, but it is so close to Tokyo Station and the metro is linked underground to the hotel (with 4 or 5 different lines), so it was very easy to get to anywhere. We will definitely come back again.
