Is quite a distant from Tokyo Station. Not a very straightforward walk for about 20mins to reach this hotel with your languages is no joke. However the service and staff are able to speak English well and accommodate your needs efficiently. Hotel condition is clean and its single person room is slightly bigger than other hotels of such price!

I booked a 6d5n trip for 2 pax. Twin single room. I was very impressed with the counter staff - they could speak very good English. Anyways, even if they don’t understand English, there is nothing Google Translate cannot do. Room-wise, it was alright. I would say that it was clean. Quite convenient to the Tokyo metro, though Yamanote Line (where there are lifts for your luggage) is some distance away.
