This was my second time to stay at this hotel on my 3 week trip in Japan. I appreciated how they took my luggage that was delivered from the other hotel I was at straight to my room. Usually I have to take my delivered luggage with me. Again, I love how they have a washer and dryer combo for 500 yen. Finally, I like how it is close to the train stations. I am definitely staying at this hotel the next time I am in Tokyo.

Coming from the United States, the staff was the most hospitable hotel staff I have ever interacted with. Amenities were amazingly useful, especially the laundry machine. When I needed €100 coins for the machine, the nice man at the front desk had provided me with an exchange. The room was incredibly spacious for even just one person, and I heard that’s not common in Tokyo. Provides you with soo many health and beauty amenities, even a toothbrush. 10/10 would stay again!

Good customer service, clean, WiFi is fast and included in the room price, centrally located so it is very easy to get to anything and anywhere in Tokyo. The room was a bit tight for our family of three but air conditioning worked well, good water pressure and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store and 2 convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart) on the same block, 7-11 has an ATM and there is a currency exchange machine in the hotel lobby.

This was an amazing hotel! I loved the fact that it had the 3 laundry machines that wash and dry your clothes for only 500 yen. Also, the bath house was cool and helped my body especially after walking 20,000 plus steps a day. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from Kanda Station which is on the JR Yamanote Line. Also, the hotel staff was friendly and helped answer all of my questions. Solid 10/10!

This hotel is located just a short walk from the Nishiki Market, with lots of food options and shopping. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There is a traditional bath. Breakfast was a choice between the traditional Japanese (which was delicious) and a Western option (request in advance...but do the Japanese) Lovely stay.
