Room was small but it did the job. Staff was excellent and very friendly. The area was nice and it was about a 5-10 min walk to the metro depending on the line.

Ideally located in Akasaka. 5 mins walk to the metro, shopping and numerous eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but have everything needed. I felt perfectly safe walking on my own at night. Great value.

Wish the room had little more space, but all staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, great location, etc etc. Harry was awesome! I was impressed by them walking outside and seeing every guest off after their check out! I’d love to go back there.

Our stay was great. We had 3 rooms and all were clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and very nice. Very close to Akasaka station and easy access to 7 Eleven and Lawson.

The breakfast options met my needs - toast, cereal and for breakfast included i had the japanese breakfast a couple of times which was quite different to the usual NZ breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfy,. The only negative really was the shower which baiscally pointed horizontally. The room was super small but thats expected - lucky both of us are travelling lighter without suitcases to accommodate this. It was a short walk to the train station and hub of restaurants so - a great location.
