My family of 4 stayed 13 nights in December at Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi – perfect for our Japan trip! Location: Excellent Just minutes from Asakusa Station and surrounded by street food heaven near Senso-ji. A Family Mart on the ground floor was a game-changer for late-night snacks and quick meals – onigiri, hot foods, treats for the kids! View: Amazing Higher-floor room with stunning direct views of Tokyo Skytree, especially magical at night! Cleanliness: Spotless Immaculate daily housekeeping – everything pristine, as expected in Japan. Amenities: Practical & Fun Spacious family room, comfy beds, fridge, kettle, strong Wi-Fi, deep tub, coin laundry. The robot check-in added a quirky touch the kids loved! Service: Helpful Friendly staff, good English, always accommodating. Great value and convenience – highly recommend for families!

We spent four nights here and love it. The room is spacious for family to keep our luggages and stroller ( twin room). The hotel is closed to Asakusa Sensoji and subway Tawaramachi station. It also has family Mart on the first floor which is very convenient. You can take the train from Narita Airport to Asakusa station and walk to the hotel (800m approximately). Plus, it offers you luggages storage services on check-in and check-out day free of charge. One thing to note that the hotel has no microwave either in room or floor services. It does have laundry services. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is incredible. Just steps from multiple train stations, surrounded by great food, shopping, and the lifesaver that is a Family Mart right downstairs. Rooms were exactly what you’d expect for Japan: compact, comfortable, and with a surprisingly great bath. A couple of things to note: breakfast was disappointing, and even though it was included, we ended up eating elsewhere most mornings. The space is small and the options were limited if you’re a westerner. Also, more bins around the hotel would be helpful, and the smoking room being right near reception really takes away from the experience. Great base in an unbeatable spot - just a few tweaks would make it even bette
