I was a little skeptical about the robot reception but it turned out great! There is an option call staff to reception if you have any questions. The rooms were big and comfortable. There are so lockers to store your luggage if you arrive early and want to explore before check-in.

Check in is okay, just different because it's a robot but there is staff available when needed. Staff are helpful. Room is clean, location is close to station. Breakfast could be better. No offense but I prefer Japanese breakfast instead of Indian cuisine. The first floor is smelly due to the breakfast. We have free breakfast for 2 days but prefer to go out somewhere for better one. Other than that, overall great experience.

Nice hotel, close to train station.

Very close to Asakusabashi station. Only downfall was the limited offering for amenities and services when checking in. I did not realize it was a “robot” hotel so I struggled for a bit at check-in (which was my fault), but was a little nervous leaving my baggage in the hallway lobby for “storage” before I checked in.

The location was great - so close to a train station and with so many dining and drinking options. I loved that it was within somewhat walking distance (26 minutes) to Kappabashi kitchen street. The downsides were that the room was cramped with a giant steamer taking up space, there was no storage (just 4 hangers), and their safe didn't work. But the bare bones amenities seem to be typical of "business hotels". You basically live out of your luggage and don't have a spot to lay out your clothes. You also never see any staff because the front desk is a couple of robots. Other than those minor things, I would stay here again because of the great location.
