While the location is good and the rooms are nice, the staff is pretty inept. We checked in and our room smelled like smoke. They moved us next door (which still had some odor). Other issues included having to ask (and remind) staff for issues such as new towels, cleaning of rooms, new keys (key cards are switched out each day and you have to ask the front desk). Again, polite staff, they just seem to forget concerns you ask of them (takes them couple reminders).
