The staff at the Grand Bach are top notch! Very helpful and attentive. Made check-in, check-out and transporting luggage very easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is close to many different train stations so you can easily navigate around Tokyo. The music element of the hotel is a nice touch.

Great stay and location

I had a great stay at this hotel. I forgot the name of the person who helped me but she helped booked my head spa. Everyone was attentive and nice. The rooms were clean and spacious for Japanese standards. I have stayed in hotels that had smaller rooms and this room was more than enough.

Sleeper find in Ginza

Excellent location within 5 minutes walk of major retailers, both designer shops and UniQuo and Mitsukoshi. Hotel rooms are very spacious and have lovely clean contemporary design. Blackout and privacy blinds are automated for convenience. Lobby is on Second floor but it’s not an issue. The lounge is a bit bright which lessens its appeal. if breakfast is included in your rate, the 3 options are adequate and filling. I would recommend without reservation to guests who want quality, service, location in a contemporary package.

Ginza

Hotel was located in convenient area, close the restaurants and shopping. The too. Had this odd smell but was ok enough for us not to make a big deal. We are three of us so it was little tight to put our luggages. The hotel only provided the coffee in the room for the mornings so we missed better coffee I. The morning. The hotels we stayed in Osaka and Kyoto had coffee 24/7 which was nice. Hotel served coffee in the afternoon though.
