Overall we had a bad experience. The way the hostel is set up, people staying in the private rooms had to travel through the space where the individual were located. The space itself was very small so you could hear EVERYTHING very clearly. There was a family staying in the private room with a small child so whenever they left their room to go to the bathroom the child would scream and shout. I recognize that this was not the hostels fault but perhaps they should have warned the family to be respectful and quiet ESPECIALLY after quiet hours. This place was just too small and loud for us. Sorry.

I cannot complain anything. Worthy every penny we paid. I used almost all facilities of hotel. Dinner and breakfast were not much but enough and very delicious. Outdoor onsen with snow and Fujisan view was perfect. Bar, library, internet were decorated in style with personally area. Room with terrace area can show you lake and Fujisan view. All staffs treated you as well as your family. Here is diamond of Kawaguchiko.

A newly renovated place, its clean and comfortable albeit very small. Good pillows, comfortable bed, private (tiny!) washrooms, and very good service. My only complaint was that something seemed to be off gassing a smell into the room. But there was a balcony door to open which helped. Great location!

浅草寺近くて便利

浅草寺近くなので、ハッピー通りで飲んで、泊まって、朝からお参り出来て便利な場所です。

位置非常好，距淺草寺或車站只需5~10分鐘左右。自家經營的餐廳的食物也很美味。 我們訂的私人房間(附浴室)在最高層4樓，去到才知道沒電梯(訂房時沒留意)。房間外的走廊是個小小的公共空間(有水煲，微波爐等)，房間內設備也算齊全 (有空氣淨化機)。床很大，三個女性成人剛好，床舖枕頭不是軟身那種，很舒適 (本身不喜歡太軟身) 但空間很小，同時打開3件行李基本沒路可走。浴室(連坐廁)空間也很小，而且是全玻璃，必須拉好浴簾窗簾。洗澡位置與坐廁中間只用浴簾分隔，很容易弄濕整個空間。

ダブルベッド2台の部屋に２人で一泊しました！

4階の部屋だったのですが、エレベーターが無く、階段のみだったので大きい荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。チェックイン時はお兄さんがいたので運んで頂きましたが、チェックアウトの時はスタッフさんが女性1人しかいなかったので、自分で運びました。 キャリーケースだとかなり大変です。 スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 周辺には、お店がたくさんあるのでとても便利な立地です。

ドミの個室が狭すぎ

フロントがお店にあり、出入り口が隣だったので最初は分かりにくいかも。 対応もサービスも立地もよい。 ドミも寝具はとても快適だが、天井が低く座る事もできない圧迫感が閉塞感を強くする。従って室内では着替えを始め、何をするにも苦痛。寝るだけなら最高。

Excelente ubicación

Cerca de todo, lugares de comida a buen precio el Tokyo sky tree esta muy cerca la línea principal del metro esta cerca la gente del staff es muy comprensible y amable akihabara esta a 30 minutos a pie el lugar es extremadamente limpio y las cápsulas son cómodas
