Very nice room even though it was small, as most Japanese room standards. I was thankful for coffee and tea service in room. Also had a kettle so I could make noodles from the Lawson’s market which is conveniently located downstairs. Also conveniently located between two train stations.

Room was very good. Staff was very cooperative and courteous. Property location was convenient. Some communication problems as staff had limited english and we have no Japanese. On site restaurant was good but hours were very limited and many tour groups were booked which made easy access difficult.

This hotel was part of a group stay therefore I did not choose this hotel. I come from a background of hotel management so my opinion here is is that of a professional in the field. Be forewarned, this is a business hotel. I would not recommend it for a family. As a group there were five separate rooms we had of which I did see each. All of which were on the small side, had no closets nor any drawer space for any items. A business hotel. Now for the downside. I used the send message to hotel feature in Expedia to ask a simple question several weeks before I visited. I never got any kind of response. I messaged again in a few days before visiting again with no response. That’s strike one as far as I’m concerned😨 not responding to a guest shows poor customer service. Strike two was my room placement. The elevator shaft was directly opposite the head of my bed. One could not sleep past about 5:30 AM do the elevators rumbling up and down the shaft. Do not take any room with 09 or 15 as these are the ones opposite the elevator shaft. These are the sort of rooms that should go to customers last and certainly not customers who are staying for eight days like I was. Again poor customer service. Strike three after an eight days stay I asked for a simple one hour extension to my checkout time of 11 AM. I was refused. I was told that my Expedia reservation did not extend me any simple courtesies… 😤 I’ll never consider this hotel or any other JAL property again

This is a very convenient place we always stay to eat sushi at Toyosu Market. Lawson's convenient store attached to the lobby is a great place to get premium treats!
