Great place to stay if you are looking for something close to the airport for an early flight. If you are looking for a place as a tourist coming to Tokyo, I would not recommend it, it's more of a local area without a lot to do around the hotel

The room was very small. We only needed a hotel close to the airport as we were leaving Japan. We arrived late morning and only needed the room until 8pm for a quick shower. Even knowing this there was no way the reception was going to let us into the room before 3pm. Strange when I was told the room was ready but couldn’t use. Not the customer service I expected from Japan. We only picked this hotel as the large print said free airport shuttle. The fine print was that it was only in the morning. Deceptive.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Walkable to many restaurants near by and really close to the train station! A plus is that it offers free airport rides with reservations. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast but it looked delicious! The staff greeted me each time entered and left. They were great! Very convenient with location, amenities, food, and transportation. I recommend it to anyone! Will stay again!

It’s a quiet and cozy hotel, staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating (especially under the circumstances of language barriers). My only complaint is that the hotel is kind of hidden from view within an alleyway and you have to find it by looking for its billboard. Other than that, was certainly a satisfied customer.
