Great location. Room was fine. I would have much preferred a check out time of 11 (this seems reasonable since check in isn’t until 3) and wish shuttles ran at least until 10 and 11. Made for a very long airport wait so next time would look elsewhere.

Heading home and I returned after two weeks for my last night. I got an unexpected free room upgraded, had the most amazing hot bath, pijamas provided, comfortable bed and the staff so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, very close to Otori train station which is three stops away from Haneda Terminal 3. Wow, I will miss Japan so much!

We stayed one night before our trip home. The hotel is conveniently close to Haneda airport. It is close to a train station if you want to travel into Tokyo. The rooms are clean & the receptionist was very helpful & nice.

We had a late check in which went very smoothly, very polite and welcoming staff. Location was very convenient, train station only 3min walk. Rooms were great. The buffet breakfast was also delicious.

The staff was actually very helpful as they knew English and the hotel being near Otorii station was super helpful as well. The twin bed rooms I definitely recommend because the rooms we had before were smaller and the staff was nice enough to upgrade us. The rooms were clean and the free amenities were so useful. Would stay again
