I always look forward to coming back to this hotel, the grounds are beautiful, the public areas are spacious, and there are lots of eating spots in the hotel, and good connections nearby. The rooms have been updated relatively recently, and are lovely and clean. There are staff absolutely everywhere so you can always get help with whatever you need. Very happy!

The Otani is amazing. Everything overall was beyond expectations. Hotel is great and so is the location. It is very prime and safe location.

The room was very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has many stores, restaurants, and a very beautiful garden. I would definitely recommend it.

Clean room with floor to ceiling windows with a great view. Staff was impeccably attentive and the hotel grounds were fantastic. Location in my opinion was prime with subway station a one minute walk out of the property to reach anywhere in Tokyo. It was a great stay.

This is my second time staying at the New Otani Tokyo and it was excellent both times. The staff is friendly and happy to assist with anything. The hotel room is clean and high quality.
