It’s a little over a 10 min walk (with luggage and if using station exit 2B with the elevator) but everything else is great. It is quiet and convenient. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious (for Tokyo standards). Will definitely stay here again the next time!
No privacy, rules aren’t enforced , did not feel secure. Twice I had people peeking in my room, while i was there. Old men walking around in their underwear , in the dorms . No soundproofing . Will NOT stay again.
Stayed for 1 night at a double room in 802. The room was pretty clean except for the carpet. It was stained, dirty and looks like it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The washroom was clean and had a bidet. Note: there is no TV
The place has good points but for two reasons you should beware. Good points location and overall ok room. Stayed for two nights. The first night was fine. The second night when I came back to the room on the 6th floor late at night it was filled with an overwhelming stench of sewer. It was too late to switch rooms and I was leaving in the morning anyhow but I never experienced such a thing. Don't know if it affects other rooms but management should be aware of it and address it. Second reason to stay away the shower curtain was covered all over with mold. Instead of a feeling of cleanliness I felt horrible looking at this when I took a shower. Such a small item should be replaced and leaving it there is a disgrace.
