Your reservation was originally 1 person only.We could not allow a single room for 2 people stay.It is only for one person.So we arrange your room to a Twin bedroom instead.Also you came with a car without reservation..Car parking lot was fully booked on the day.We could arrange it only by previous reservation.Our front day staff has a loud voice.So you may feel naughty impression.It's miss match for your needs.
