Very nice location near by two Metro stations I was staying 10 days they clean change towels every single day I was stayed Hotel atmosphere was very nice there is free gift comb and leather they provided to customers. I am highly recommended this Hotel .

Old hotel in need of a renovation. Strict check in policy. Small noisy rooms. Only good thing was the location. I recommend staying one night only

The hotel is old, with no modern fixtures or fittings, walls have stains on them, we didn't know you will be charged to leave your bags at reception. No Tea, Coffee, was provided. just a old stye hot water maker. Staff didn't greet you or gave you a smile during the day. Rooms were done each day

This hotel is a gem located on the quiet edge of Shinjuku. The check-in was done in 30 seconds, and the housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly. For any first-time visitor to Tokyo, this would be the place I recommend.

Especially the staff is very impolite, and rude also and not in any helpful in helping out for anything. I have traveled and stayed in many other hotels before but the worst one. The price is considered on the high end for condition of the hotel.

Musty smelling room. 1 outlet in the entire room. You had to choose between having the TV, the fridge, the hairdryer, or a place to to charge your phone. For the price you can stay at a much nicer hotel with none of these issues.
