Guests would check in the hotel through machines. But we don’t get a lot of information, such as where to eat or the schedule for their spa and exercise room etc. you have to ask. The food from the hotel restaurant was not so good, lack of freshness. The buffet food is not that good and lacks a variety! For that expensive price they should provide ten times better than what they have now. The hotel would send you a message and ask you put the reservation for their dinner buffet a couple of days before you check in. I recommend guests don’t do that! They have a lots of seats available. There were only a few people eating there. I think mainly because the quality of the food was not good! Very disappointed! The only good part of the hotel that’s so convenient. You don’t need to leave the airport . After passed through the customs you can just walk to there through a long hall way. On the two sides of the hallway there are gift shops and small restaurants.

Very convenient to airport, if a bit too big and impersonal but we were only there for one night and left early. Problem with the self serve checkin but a staff member quickly helped with it. Room was spacious enough to do all our final packing with two suitcases.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean. I really appreciated having a nice hotel to stay at on the Haneda airport property between legs of my travels. I experienced the Oneda bath experience which was fun and unique.

My room was spotless and enjoyed a great river view. Staff were courteous at the check in Kiosk and during my stay when I was trying to get to the 12th floor hot spring and got confused on how to get there from our guest rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent and loved it! Had to pay a minimal one time fee for using the hot springs but it was a great value and experience.

Staff needs to be able to better communicate in English. We asked for some help with filling out the form for luggage forwarding and we were sent from downstairs tourist information area to front desk to the cloak room attendee then back to the tourist information booth and end up getting help from another hotel bilingual guest. This definitely needs improvement.
