Perfect for our last night in Tokyo. Beautiful hotel with easy access to departure area. No need to go outside. Nice shops line the walkway and there was even a pianist. A lawson convenience store is just near the lobby if you need snacks. Staff very pleasant. ARIGATO

Great location and price

Great hotel. The location couldn’t be better, it is connected to the airport by a bridge that makes things so easy and convenient. There’s few restaurants and stores (they call it mall, I wouldn’t) but few stores. Super clean and good size for the night.

It was close enough to walk with a cart with a couple of big luggage from the airport to my hotel room. I was not impressed with their breakfast or amenities. The room was very small and not spacious enough to open a big suitcase. I loved the onsen option.

Good location but requested double room with River view and was given twin room , no view !! Had to pay $40 for double and still no River view. Also requested an hour extension for check out and they wanted to charge $27 !! Huge number of rooms here and seeing we had stayed here many times thought our requests could have been accommodated.
