Great hotel, so so guests

Great service and facilities. Very convenient to the international terminal. Too bad there are too many guests from abroad who don't understand proper etiquette in using the onsen. It's a place for relaxation, not for loud conversation or using cellphones.

I really liked the room and especially the big TV. There’s more room and space than a typical room in Japan. I wish they had a desk or workspace. I didn’t care for all the key taps to get in but at least you know it’s very safe and secure .

i love the convenience of this hotel, i don't have to stress of getting up too early to catch my flight. also, the onsen facilities are wonderful. maybe the masseuse could be better... maybe a professional masseuse perhaps? otherwise very good facilities.

Great stay in this new property just stone’s throw away from Haneda T3. It helped us relax the afternoon prior to our early morning flight, and also squeezed in a last trip to Akihabara via train. Lots of shopping and dining options in the airport. Will stay here again if I have an early flight

For a hotel connected to the airport, overall I was very pleased with the experience and happy. Hotel offered onsen but wasn’t clear at the time of booking if the room included free access or if it was at an additional cost. Hotel is next to a number of shoppings and restaurant which was super convenient and they offered great items for some last minute shopping. Transport links was good. Only downside was the room size for us.

Onsen was amazing and was very convenient with the shopping center being connected to it. Very hand for anyone arriving or leaving from terminal 3 but the shuttle bus between terminals is very frequent and you don’t have to wait long.

I always enjoy staying at the VF, the main reason is the spa! Always a perfect way to end or begin a trip! Indoor out door spa and hot stone rooms are perfect way to relax and reset.
