Ok for a night. Longer stays , go somewhere else

Large, impersonal hotel with small rooms and very average restaurant. It is a short stay type hotel so they do not feel the need to change the menu at all. Half the dishes are the same for breakfast and dinner. The major problem is staff. They seem to have very few employees that have even a minimal command of English language even in reception or in the restaurant. We had difficulties even using Google translate. No French or Spanish either. Simple processes like paying for a room upgrade needed the involvement of three reception staff on two different occasions. Ok if you are in transit….otherwise I would not bother

It is a little further out from the main tourists sights and area. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Rooms were comfortable and decent size, clean, attentive to guests needs and comfort. This hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from Haneda Airport. I wish to have learned this before hand and would have utilize this service. They also offer scheduled shuttle service to and from Tokyo station.

Room is pretty nice and spacious, clean and nice views. Amenities are decent, you can get the majority on the lobby. The spa is nice and big too, plenty of bath options to choose from like the soda bath, jet bath and the open air bath. The area around are perfect, you have Ariake Garden with a dedicated shortcut on 6F, plenty of food options at the food court and other floors. Plenty of shopping options too. All around good area to stay at, close to Daiba with a 5-10 min walk to the station.

Love this hotel

We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable.
